The Christ Church of the Valley Story | Reggie Rice

In this episode of the Real Life Theology podcast (Amazing Baptism series), Reggie from Christ Church of the Valley (Phoenix) shares how CCV built a culture that encourages people to follow Jesus and enter the waters of baptism.

He outlines practical, transferable principles—anticipation, accessibility, visibility, and relational follow-up—plus tools (Next Step Centers, videos, volunteers, and short discipleship pathways) and real stories and stats that illustrate how to move people from decision to baptism and ongoing discipleship.
