ABOUT THIS SERMON

Sermon title: the Strangest Miracle of Jesus
Speaker: John Lovell
Scripture: Mark 8:22-26
Main topic: When Jesus spat on a man's eyes in order to heal him, the world only sees a physical need being met. Jesus had a much deeper purpose for this strange miracle, where He uses lowly and offensive tools to do His miraculous work. As Jesus physically opens the eyes of the blind, His message to the disciples was one of spiritual blindness. Are you blind to your own sin? Let us boldly go to the throne of God seeking to have the eyes of Jesus.
