Our Response to God's Goodness and Faithfulness | Jessica Clark | Ep. 80

In this episode, I dive deeper into the meaning behind the Good and Faithful Podcast title and talk about how God is good and faithful to us, even when we are not. I talk about what our response should be in response to His goodness and faithfulness, which is to abide in Christ and strive to look and be more like Him through His strength and wisdom that He alone provides. I read from 2 Timothy and talk about pursuing righteousness and avoiding worldly temptations and desires, that we may become more like Christ as we pursue a life of holiness. I talk about how we are to endure through hardships and trials with patience and grace that only comes from the Lord's strength, and that we must continue to abide in Him and place our faith and trust in Him despite how hard our trials are. I share about the importance of recognizing God's faithfulness to us throughout our lives, as well as His faithfulness through the ages. I discuss the call for us to be good and faithful servants of the Lord and good stewards of all He has blessed us with, as well as being faithful in whatever circumstances we are in.
