Don't Get Distracted from the Call! | Jessica Clark | Ep. 83

Hi everyone! In this episode, I talk about the importance of focusing on Jesus Christ amidst life's distractions rather than allowing yourself to be overcome by the world and its temptations. I talk about how we must recognize and overcome temptations and distractions by abiding in Christ and staying true to His word and truth. I read from James 4 and talk about how we must not live like the world or be involved with worldly pursuits, and instead live like Chris and be fully focused and dependent on Him. Our desires should be aligned with those of Christ's, that we may be fully focused on His will and plan for our lives, and that we may be good representations of Him. The only way for us to truly navigate life's distractions is by continuing to endure and remind yourself of your constant need and dependance on Him.
