When did men and women stop being partners and start being competitors? James and I got into it today, and honestly, this one hit close to home.

Our culture keeps handing women a scorecard that was designed for men. Career, income, resume, achievement. Chase it hard enough and you will be happy. But James asked a question I have not stopped thinking about: what if that scorecard is measuring the wrong thing entirely?

We talk about the differences God built into men and women, why those differences are not inequality, and what happens to a home when both people are fighting to be the same thing.
