Repairs: Good Intentions. On a Roll. Off the Rail. (Mark 8:27-33)

We’ve all “rebuked Jesus” with the thought that our plan would be better, if only he’d stick to it!

Peter just nailed the best answer to the big question: who is Jesus?  But he so erroneously worked in the expectations and thought process of what everyone else thought the Christ should be (and what his heart wanted too), that he ended up sounding more like Satan.  He was on a roll.  Then he was off his rail.  

We’ll hold up a big list of everyday life situations and scenarios where you can be on a roll and then off your rail - ranging from faith, to personal morality, to social responsibility, and loving your neighbor.
