Offerings are an act of faith, obedience, and sacrifice. In Ezra 1, those who couldn’t physically rebuild the temple were still expected to support the work through freewill offerings—the first biblical example of a building fund. God's people are called to give willingly and consistently, as shown in Exodus 36, where the people gave so much that they had to be stopped.

Offerings should reflect how God has blessed us (Deut. 16:10)—not based on pressure, but from a grateful heart.
