41. Mom Guilt and Meltdowns (What to do When you Feel Like Crying)
I don't know about you, but I often struggle with #MomGuilt.
I lose my cool over something small and raise my voice at the kids. Cue the #MomGuilt.
I let my kids watch too much TV or make dinner out of a box or space a ball practice. #MomGuilt
I spend some extra money to buy my kids the cool thing that all the other kids have, just to have it tossed aside and forgotten about a few days later. Shouldn't have done that?! #MomGuilt
Can you relate? I bet you can.
We worry, question, doubt and fear. "Are we doing enough of this or too much of that?" #MomGuilt
We make pretty much any wrong parenting choice and then look back at it with 20/20 hindsight. #TotalMomGuilt
Then… comes the melt down. You know what I'm talking about… those times you lock yourself in the bathroom with a handful of chocolate. Or the times you slip into the shower and just cry, because as wonderful as motherhood is, it sometimes feels heavy.
In those times, sweet mama, there is one thing we can focus on and it can set us free. Tune in to today's podcast episode to hear about it…
With Great Joy!
