56. The ONE Simple Technique that Will Transform EVERY Part of Your Life (Romans 12:2)

56. Back in 2011, I uncovered a secret. Well... a few secrets, actually. 

First, I learned that the things I believed were so powerful and so deeply ingrained in me that they were directly affecting my life. 

The things I believed, both true and untrue, both good and bad, they were taking root and affecting my thoughts, emotions and my actions. My entire life was wrapped up in my belief system and that was a problem! 

It was a problem because I held onto untrue beliefs about who I was and what my future looked like. (All of that changed, don't worry!)

The second thing I learned was a simple, powerful technique that led to life change and transformation (of both my beliefs and my life) on a February night in 2012.
