58. Hey Sister!

My girl, Frannie Foltz is a faith and fitness coach who is equal parts funny, beautiful, strong and wise… If you met her today, you'd think the girl had been confident and fearless her entire life…  but her story goes much deeper. 

Frannie's walked through more than her fair share of tough times… from growing up with abuse to struggling with her weight, from broken engagements to homelessness and other painful life experiences, she would have had every reason to just throw in the towel, or at the very least settle for less than what God had for her life.

But God…
