82. Sync Your Cycle: How Your Menstrual Cycle is Affecting Your Sex Life, Productivity and Your Mood

82. Ahhh… isn't being a woman glamorous? Hormones, periods, child bearing, #allthethings, right?! LOL.

I remember sitting at the kitchen table one evening, looking at my family and then just bursting into tears for seemingly no reason at all. I covered my face and ran into our son's bedroom. My husband walked in and looked at me dumbfounded. 

"It's my stupid hormones," I blurted out between sobs. 

He gave me a long hug, then walked out without saying a word. The poor guy had no clue about the hormonal storm that was raging inside of me. Neither did I, really.

Fast forward a few years and a whole lotta wisdom…

Today I know about the secret (gift from God) that is "cycle syncing." Yep, you read that right, as weird as it sounds. 

Our monthly cycle isn't just something we should dread each month. When we take a deeper look at it, it's actually an amazing calendar system that can give us insight into how we can function at our best ALL month long. #PraiseHands
