156. 3 things you need to scale your business

I want to share 3 things you need in order to scale your business. This isn't an exhaustive list but it is the 3 immediate things you want to focus on, simplify, and streamline when you are scaling your business.

First scaling basically means you are experiencing rapid growth in your business. It's when your revenue increases without a substantial increase in resources (aka time). If you're experiencing rapid growth but you're working double the amount of hours you havent fully shifted into scaling as a business. You're just working more.

What do you need to scale? People, Processes, Systems.
