191. How to get an ROI with your hiring investments/services

Candid stream of conscious about my huge investment year in 2021 and how to get a return on your investment when you are hiring team members (services) and programs/coaching. I don't have any regrets but the one thing I will say is that it is SO important to be intentional and thoughtful with your investments and that it's YOUR job to get an ROI and I'm going to tell you how!
