QUESTIONS - Does a Husband Have Authority to Tell His Wife What Clothes to Wear?

Where does a husband’s jurisdiction end? ​Is it permissible for a wife to disobey commands from a husband when they fall outside of his jurisdiction? Or should all “neutral” commands be obeyed?
