Shabbat with Rabbi Shmuel Bowman (Going Deeper Series)

What a joy it was recently to sit with Rabbi Shmuel Bowman in a lovely garden in Jerusalem and discuss Shabbat. Rabbi Bowman shared how much he loves Shabbat and described it as a sanctuary of time set apart for fellowship with the Creator. He explained that Shabbat is not about stopping certain activities but is about doing things like prayer, singing, blessings ones family and eating delicious food.
