Pin Tai is a former President and CEO of Cathay General Bancorp, the oldest Chinese-American bank based in Los Angeles, California, serving in this role from 2016 to 2020. At the time this episode was released, the company employed over 1,100 people and had more than $14 billion in assets. He holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. Recently, he participated as a panelist in Houston Baptist University’s Banking Services Forum, which focused on "Perspectives on Ethical Leadership."
