Dr. Jay Jakub is the Chief Advocacy Officer for the Economics of Mutuality Movement, which originated at Mars Incorporated. (A $40 billion company with 130k employees around the world, Mars is the maker of M&Ms, Snickers, and other iconic brands.)    Jay and colleague Bruno Roches collaborated on the book Completing Capitalism: Heal Business to Heal the World, a rigorous and practical case study for the "Economics of Mutuality."
