On this episode, Tim Hood shares how his organization is partnering with local churches to send their people as missionaries abroad to work in marketplaces around the world.  Tim Hood is President and CEO of Shepherd's Staff, a missions facilitating organization dedicated to equipping local churches to send their own members as missionaries; the CHURCH is the sender. Tim joined the Shepherd's Staff team in February 2021. For the past 20 years, he has been involved in missions mobilization, coaching, and training. He previously served in the Middle East and North Africa. Tim and his family now reside in Knoxville, Tennessee.
